Hiring: MOC Analyst (Management of Change) 🛠️🛡️

The Role:

As the MOC lead, you will bridge the gap between engineering, operations, and EHSS. You will ensure that no change goes live without a rigorous PSSR (Pre-Startup Safety Review) and that all "as-built" documentation accurately reflects the plant's current state.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Governance: Oversee the MOC lifecycle from initiation through to technical approval and closure.
• Compliance Leadership: Ensure 100% alignment with SAMAC SIMS-OMS-317 standards.
• Technical Reporting: Use SAP and advanced MS Office to track KPIs, MOC status, and produce executive-level weekly/monthly reports.
• Stakeholder Management: Lead MOC review meetings, track actions, and hold focal points accountable for timely delivery.
• Integrity Management: Maintain accurate MOC registers and ensure all drawings and procedures are updated post-implementation.

What we are looking for:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma in EHS, Engineering, or Management.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in Projects, EHSS, or technical deliveries within the industrial sector.
• Tech Stack: Advanced SAP skills and MS Office mastery.
• Soft Skills: Strong English communication and the confidence to challenge technical teams to maintain safety standards.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of quality, environmental, and health/safety aspects of MOC.
