Business Strategy Analyst
Division Intercollegiate Athletics
Job Summary
The Business Strategy Analyst is an entry-level analyst within the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics Data & Business Intelligence unit who delivers data-driven insights to optimize revenue across ticketing, sponsorship, merchandising, licensing, and other event-related streams. Reporting to the Associate Athletic Director for Data & Business Intelligence, the Analyst builds dashboards and models, supports revenue and CRM strategy, and partners with cross-functional teams to translate analysis into actionable commercial decisions.

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in business, analytics, or related field.
3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in analytics, revenue management, business intelligence, or related roles. Preferred experience includes work with ticketing platforms (e.g., Paciolan), CRM systems (Salesforce), forecasting/pricing models, and developing executive dashboards and reporting.
Certifications or coursework in data analytics, Power BI, SQL, or related platforms.

Appointment Information
This is a 100% full-time Civil Service 5031 - Information Technology Technical Associate position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date of May 4, 2026. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 and the salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
