Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled, analytical, and strategically minded professional to support senior leadership in driving strategic initiatives, business growth, financial analysis, and operational excellence. This role combines strategy planning, research, project management, executive support, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with the Office of the Chief of Staff, and cross-functional leaders to help shape organizational strategy, support high-visibility initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of priorities.
This position offers significant exposure to executive leadership, global projects, and high-impact business initiatives across Product, Commercial, Operations, and Corporate Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management

Track and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, EBITA, and budget variances.

Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and scenario planning.

Provide insights and recommendations derived from historical data, trends, and business fundamentals.
Strategy Planning & Business Execution

Develop strategy materials in partnership with senior leadership, including quarterly business reviews, KPI dashboards, and board/executive presentations.

Track and report progress of strategic initiatives, organizational OKRs, KPIs, and operating milestones.

Support strategic decision-making with insights from internal data, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.
Research & Market/Competitive Intelligence

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, market conditions, and customer insights.

Gather internal and external intelligence to support strategic planning and leadership decision-making.

Support M&A pipeline activities including target screening, preliminary valuation, analysis, and due diligence coordination.
Project & Program Management

Coordinate and track strategic and operational projects across multiple teams, ensuring milestones are met.

Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional stakeholders.

Prepare executive project updates, performance summaries, and risk assessments.

Executive Support, Briefings & Meeting Management

Prepare briefing documents for executive meetings with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Draft agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up action trackers.

Ensure timely follow-through on decisions and commitments, using structured systems to monitor outcomes.
Data Collection, Analytics & Reporting

Build dashboards, reports, and databases to track operational metrics and business performance.

Analyze KPIs such as revenue growth, client health, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights.
Technology & Innovation

Utilize AI-driven research tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and automation solutions to enhance efficiency.

Adopt emerging technologies to improve strategic planning, reporting, and decision support.
Special Projects & Cross-Functional Initiatives

Support business development, competitive assessments, and market research assignments.

Contribute to M&A integration, including communication, operational alignment, and performance tracking.

Build strong relationships with internal departments to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or Master's degree in a related field.

2-3 years of experience in financial services, professional services, or related field

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.

Good track record of delivering multiple projects independently

Expert proficiency in MS Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel

Able to demonstrate excellent analytical and quantitative capabilities, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations

Experience in AI-driven research, machine learning applications, or analytics tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred

Ability to communicate strategic narratives clearly and simply in PowerPoint with slide design capabilities and attention to detail
