Role Overview:

We are seeking an Business Strategy Associate (EIR) to support strategic initiatives, tech-driven projects, and cross-functional operations. This role is ideal for a generalist with ~3 years of experience in tech, AI, automation, or project management who is eager to work on high-impact initiatives directly with leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Support leadership in strategic projects, including building dashboards, AI tools, and automation solutions.
• Assist with HubSpot, CRM management and other tech-enabled operational initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with multiple teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Track project progress, provide updates, and help implement recommendations.
• Take ownership of ad hoc initiatives to improve processes, efficiency, or customer experience.

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have 2–4 years of experience in business strategy, operations, or project management (B2B SaaS, EdTech, or consulting preferred).
• Are highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
• Are familiar with tools like HubSpot, CRM platforms, Click-up, Slack and data visualization software.
• Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Can operate independently while managing multiple projects.
• Are entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Bonus Points:

• Previous startup or scale-up experience.
• Exposure to cross-functional strategic projects.
• Knowledge of tech/AI landscape is a plus.
