Job Description

Purpose of the role: Business support admin is responsible for creating and maintaining product data, ensuring compliance with EU regulations, and safeguarding data quality across multiple segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create product records
• Update product details
• Handle product queries
• Check data accuracy
• Maintain correct product data
• Ensure data compliance
• Improve data quality

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• ERP system experience
• Data management
• MS Office - focus on MS Excel and Outlook
• Experience and knowledge in customs code/ HS codes and process improvements will be an advantage

Soft skills:

• Detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate within a team environment

Other Skills

• Fluent in English
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree
• 3 to 5 years or relevant experience
