Job Summary:

The Granicus is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Systems and Procurement Analyst based in India, with strong technical expertise across business systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and Wrike, and a strategic mindset for managing SaaS procurement and vendor relationships. This hybrid role blends day-to-day systems administration with responsibilities around software contract analysis, renewal strategy, and vendor negotiations. The ideal candidate will ensure system stability and data integrity while playing a key role in managing our SaaS portfolio — helping the business get maximum value from its technology investments. #India

What Your Impact Will Look Like:
  • Administer and maintain core CRM & ERP business systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, Wrike, and related integrations via Workato.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, configurations, and workflows to meet operational needs.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, resolve tickets, and support end users across departments.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement system enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation related to systems configuration, processes, and integrations. Procurement & SaaS Management
  • Monitor and analyze SaaS application usage to identify optimization opportunities and reduce redundant spend.
  • Own the lifecycle of software renewals — assess value, forecast needs, and develop cost-saving strategies.
  • Review and negotiate vendor contracts in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams.
  • Evaluate new software solutions, conduct ROI analysis, and guide stakeholders in tech selection decisions.
  • Maintain a centralized inventory of business applications, licenses, renewal dates, and contract terms.
You Will Love This Job If You Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems administration or business systems management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, Wrike, and Workato (or similar platforms).
  • Experience managing or influencing software procurement, renewals, or vendor negotiations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in technical or cross-functional contexts.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, including stakeholder-facing presentations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience with SaaS spend analysis and procurement operations.
  • Background in IT asset management or contract lifecycle management.
  • Certification in Salesforce Admin, NetSuite Admin, or related systems.
