Job Title: Manager - Business Transformation (Operations)

Employment Type: Contract (12-month project-based)

Job Overview

Our client, a leading global consulting firm, is seeking a Senior-level Business Transformation professional to join a 12-month high-impact transformation engagement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on core operational transformation initiatives, potentially within the public sector. In this role, you will lead and support workstreams across business transformation engagements, contributing to operating model design, process optimization, and performance improvement initiatives. You will work closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders on large-scale transformation programs across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and lead the delivery of operational transformation engagements from problem definition through implementation.
  • Design and optimize operating models, processes, and organizational structures to improve business performance.
  • Identify cost transformation and productivity improvement opportunities across core operations.
  • Develop client-ready presentations, reports, transformation roadmaps, and business cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and senior client stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
  • Participate in client workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Support execution tracking, governance, and performance monitoring activities.
  • Take ownership of defined workstreams as experience grows across transformation initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
  • 6+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, operational excellence, or related advisory roles.
  • Background from a top-tier consulting firm
  • Exposure to operating model design, process re-engineering, performance improvement, or cost transformation is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structuring skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
  • Prior experience in KSA is a strong advantage.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to be based in Riyadh.
  • Must be immediately available
