Job Title: Senior Oracle EBS Financial Consultant with SCM Expertise

Position Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial Functional Consultant with extensive Supply Chain Management (SCM) knowledge. The ideal candidate will play a senior consultative role in the implementation, configuration, integration, and support of Oracle EBS R12 Financials and SCM modules, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to ensure cohesive financial and supply chain processes. Expertise should include core financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and key SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management).

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Solution Design

  • Lead discussions with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document financial and SCM requirements.
  • Perform gap analysis and provide recommendations across finance and supply chain domains for process improvement.
  • Design end-to-end solutions optimizing integration between financial and SCM modules.

Implementation & Configuration

  • Lead or support Oracle EBS R12 Financial module implementations: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Purchasing (PO), Payments.
  • Implement, configure, and support SCM modules: Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, and Procurement.
  • Set up and configure P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), Inventory Management, and Manufacturing flows.

Testing & Documentation

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for both financial and SCM modules.
  • Prepare clear documentation, including process flows, user guides, and test scripts, for all implemented modules.

Support, Troubleshooting & Optimization

  • Provide expert post-implementation support for finance and supply chain users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across financial and SCM transaction flows.
  • Deliver continuous process optimization and system enhancements, ensuring system integrity and compliance.

Training & Knowledge Transfer

  • Conduct end-user and super-user training sessions across both financial and SCM domains.
  • Prepare and deliver training materials for all related modules and integrations.

Leadership, Collaboration & Project Management

  • Collaborate with technical teams, other functional consultants, and project managers to drive project delivery.
  • Provide senior functional leadership and mentorship within project teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financial and SCM modules implementation and support.
  • Deep functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO (Finance) and Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management (SCM).
  • Solid understanding of financial and supply chain integration points, such as P2P and O2C cycles.
  • Practical experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, tax configuration, and supply chain best practices within Oracle EBS.
  • Demonstrated ability to support testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and patching for both domains.

Additional Desirable Skills

  • Oracle EBS/Fusion Financials or SCM certifications are highly regarded.
  • Strong SQL, and basic technical troubleshooting skills are preferred.
  • Prior exposure to Construction industry processes is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
