We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Transformation Manager to lead initiatives within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain. This role will be responsible for driving process optimization, digital transformation, and operational excellence across procurement and accounts payable functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end P2P processes, change management, and stakeholder engagement Develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.
What are we looking for? • Experience in P2P operations, transformation, or consulting • Proven track record of leading cross-functional transformation projects • Strong knowledge of P2P systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa) • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills • Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities: • Design and implement transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies • Propose standardization and re-engineering to optimize Automation potential • Ability to understand the process performance from a handling time perspective • Detailed As-is Process Analysis to gauge Process and Technical Feasibility for transformation/Automation Solutions • Identify repetitive manual tasks that have potential for transformation/re-engineering/Automation • Bring Process Reengineering, RPA, AI/Analytics & Mini-Bot knowledge together to bring digital transformation solutions for process automations to clients • Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement F&A technologies (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, etc.) • Drive automation primarily in invoice processing, vendor onboarding, and purchase order management & Payment process • Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Shared Services teams to ensure alignment and adoption • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support change management • Partner with the Client to understand current state of the process. Lead Client discussion to develop solutions and become a advice transformation & innovation for clients
