Business Unit Director - Property and Infrastructure

The Role
We are currently seeking a Business Unit Head for Our client, a leading FM service provider in Muscat, Oman. The role will report to the CEO and oversee the operations of all internal properties of the organization including HQ, Staff Accommodations, Warehouse and logistics centres and deliver TFM and IFM for a luxury real estate development.

Requirements

• Strong contract management, negotiation and delivery oversight. • Excellent client relationship management and retention skills. • Strong planning and budgeting skills. • P&L ownership and ability to link financial performance with operational actions. • Skilled in mobilising new contracts and managing multi-site service delivery. •Analytical ability to review WIP, budgets and forecasts with accuracy. •Proven track record of Business developments.
