Business Unit Head (Branch Head)

We are looking for an experienced Business Unit Head (Branch Head) to oversee branch-level retail and corporate sales operations for Mutual Fund and Investment Products. This role involves leading branch performance, managing sales teams, and ensuring business growth through strong financial product distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end branch sales operations for Mutual Fund and Investment Products
  • Build and supervise a team of 15–20 sales professionals
  • Drive Retail, Corporate, and Institutional sales growth
  • Develop strong partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients
  • Ensure team alignment, performance monitoring, and achievement of sales targets
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Mutual Funds, Banking, or Investment Sales
  • Knowledge of Islamic & Conventional Financial Products
  • Demonstrated success in branch sales management and team leadership
  • Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
  • Experience managing sales KPIs and portfolio growth
  • Exposure to Insurance (Takaful & Conventional) is an added advantage
  • Must have relevant financial product sales experience
