We are now seeking a driven and experienced leader to take our ELV business to the next level, particularly in the B2B space.

Job Purpose

The Head of ELV Division will be responsible for leading, expanding, and managing Qonnect’s ELV business unit. This includes driving business development, ensuring project execution excellence, and overseeing the team responsible for delivering ELV solutions to B2B clients. The role combines commercial leadership with hands-on execution oversight to grow the ELV vertical into a major revenue contributor.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales

  • Define and execute a strategic plan to grow the ELV division in the B2B market.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, consultants, developers, and government clients.
  • Lead all commercial efforts: lead generation, proposal creation, tendering, pricing, and negotiations.
  • Own the ELV sales pipeline and deliver on revenue targets.

Technical & Project Oversight

  • Ensure successful delivery of ELV projects, including systems like CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Audio/Visual, and others.
  • Supervise project teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Troubleshoot delivery bottlenecks and offer technical support to clients when needed.

Operational Management

  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performance sales and delivery team.
  • Manage procurement, subcontractors, resource planning, and vendor relations.
  • Implement operational KPIs, project tracking, and continuous improvement processes.

Financial & Strategic Accountability

  • Contribute to the division’s annual planning and budgeting cycles.
  • Monitor and manage the division’s profitability and cash flow.
  • Report on business performance and provide strategic recommendations to company leadership.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in ELV systems integration and project delivery, preferably in Qatar.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and project management within the B2B sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge across ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, PA, Fire Alarm, etc.).
  • Well-connected within Qatar’s construction, engineering, and tech consulting ecosystem.
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • English fluency is required; Arabic is highly preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related discipline.
  • PMP, RCDD, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
