Business Unit Head – Mobile Application Development (Night Shift)

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Unit Head to lead our Mobile Application Development division during the evening shift. This leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, overseeing operations, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of mobile application projects for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Mobile Application Business Unit, ensuring alignment with company goals and growth strategy
• Drive revenue generation, profitability, and market expansion for mobile application services
• Oversee end-to-end operations including sales, project delivery, resource planning, and client management
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams, including project managers, developers, designers, and sales staff
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to revenue, delivery timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support proposal development, pricing, and client negotiations
• Manage relationships with international clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards
• Implement and optimize processes, tools, and best practices for mobile application development
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Provide regular performance, revenue, and operational reports to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and governance frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in mobile application development, software services, or IT consulting
• 6+ years in a leadership or business unit management role
• Strong understanding of mobile technologies (iOS, Android, cross-platform frameworks)
• Proven experience in P&L management, business development, and client engagement
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Experience working with international clients (US/Europe preferred)
• Strong project and operational management expertise

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

Shift Timings: 7:00pm- 4:00 am
