Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Unit Manager to lead and manage our Modular Operation Theatres division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing project management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets for the Modular Operation Theatres division.
· Identify market opportunities and trends to enhance product offerings and competitive positioning.
· Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of modular operation theatre projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and installation, to ensure seamless project execution.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, architects, and contractors to promote modular operation theatre solutions.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
· Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
· Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
· Monitor and manage the budget for the business unit, ensuring profitability and financial sustainability.
· Prepare regular reports on business performance, sales forecasts, and project status for senior management.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to modular operation theatres.
· Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in product delivery and customer service.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
· Proven experience in business management, project management, or sales within the healthcare or construction industry, specifically related to modular operation theatres or similar products.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused approach.
· Proficient in financial management and budget oversight.
· Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to healthcare facilities is a plus.
