The General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving strategic initiatives, managing teams, and ensuring organizational goals are achieved efficiently. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple departments while maintaining operational excellence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily business operations across departments (HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.).
  • Develop and implement business strategies, policies, and procedures to improve productivity and growth.
  • Set company goals and objectives in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Monitor performance metrics, financial results, and KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate departmental heads and staff.
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources, and ensure financial efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion areas.
  • Represent the company in key meetings, negotiations, and public engagements.
  • Foster a positive company culture, emphasizing accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–10 years of experience in management or leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in business software (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems, CRM tools).
