Overview:
Universal Digital Health Care on behalf of American TelePhysicians is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Director to lead and expand our business operations for our American healthcare platform. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience preferably in a leadership role and in managing digital businesses with strong expertise in app-based service platforms such as Uber, Careem and Yango as well as digital healthcare platforms like Oladoc and Mahram.

Key Responsibilities:
. Lead strategic planning, growth initiatives and business expansion for the U.S. healthcare platform.
. Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, improve operations and enhance user engagement.
. Collaborate with product, technology and marketing teams to align business objectives with platform development.
. Identify partnership and investment opportunities to strengthen the company’s market presence.
. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to guide business decisions.
. Oversee business performance metrics, budgeting and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
. Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality platform performance and service delivery.

Requirements:

. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
. 8+ years of proven experience in business leadership roles preferably in digital or app-based service industries.
. Strong understanding of ride-hailing, logistics and healthcare technology platforms.
. Excellent leadership, negotiation and analytical skills.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with international teams.
. Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and operational excellence.
