Position Title: Business Account Manager- Sales
Location: 6th October City, Egypt

Position Overview

H.B. Fuller seeks an Account Manager I to grow and retain customer relationships while achieving sales, profitability, and market share objectives. This role manages a portfolio of regional accounts, identifies new business opportunities, and delivers value-based solutions tailored to customer needs. The position combines technical expertise, consultative selling, and strategic account management to drive sustainable growth.

Primary Responsibilities

Achieve annual sales, volume, and profitability targets within assigned accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the territory
Deliver customer-focused solutions through consultative and value-based selling
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support
Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements to optimize margin performance
Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and sales reports in CRM tools

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or technical markets
Demonstrated success achieving revenue, profit, and customer growth targets
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills

Preferred Requirements

Experience within adhesives, chemicals, packaging, or related industries
Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales forecasting tools
Ability to manage consultative sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers
Technical aptitude to support customer applications and product demonstrations
