WSP is currently initiating a search for an experienced Business/Financial Analyst to support our Transportation & Infrastructure Team!
This role can sit out of the following locations:
Philadelphia, PA - Richmond, VA - Virginia Beach, VA - Charlotte, NC - Raleigh, NC - West Columbia, SC - Atlanta, GA - Tampa, FL
The Business/Financial Analyst will support WSP’s National Bridge Line (NBL) by providing project‑level financial insight, workforce optimization analysis, and data‑driven business development intelligence across bridge inspection programs nationwide.
This role ensures that bridge inspection projects are financially healthy, properly staffed, and strategically pursued, while aligning with NBIS requirements, DOT contract structures, and WSP’s national delivery model.

2. Workforce & Staffing Optimization (NBL‑ Regional Focused)
3. Forecasting & Capacity Planning
4. Business Development & Win‑Probability Analytics
5. Market & Competitor Intelligence (Bridge Inspection Sector)
Analytical Tools & Software Proficiency
Education
Analytical proficiency may be demonstrated through formal education, applied coursework, certifications, or equivalent professional experience.
