We are a fast-growing IT company focused on delivering innovative solutions to clients across multiple industries. We’re expanding our business development team and looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, email, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Research market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (IT industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, or Clutch is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
