We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive

Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time

About Us:
We are a fast-growing IT company focused on delivering innovative solutions to clients across multiple industries. We’re expanding our business development team and looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, email, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Research market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (IT industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, or Clutch is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
