We are seeking a reliable and guest-focused Busser to join our Food & Beverage team! In this role, you help create smooth, efficient dining experiences by keeping service areas clean, organized, and fully prepared while supporting servers and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of dining and service areas.
• Clear, reset, and prepare tables to ensure prompt guest seating and smooth service flow.
• Replenish utensils, water, and service supplies.
• Support kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient operations.
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and organized work areas.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required.
