Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with strong expertise in LinkedIn outreach and email marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth through effective digital outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Initiate conversations, schedule meetings, and follow up with prospects
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate records of leads and communications in CRM tools
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role
- Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation and cold email outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with CRM tools and email automation platforms
- Ability to work in evening/night shift (5 PM – 2 AM)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
