Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, acquire new clients, and build long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Develop and execute sales and growth strategies

Handle client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

Manage proposals, contracts, and pricing discussions

Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client success

Track sales pipeline and performance using CRM tools

Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role

Strong knowledge of B2B sales and business development

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Experience with proposal writing and client handling

Ability to meet and exceed revenue targets

Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in IT / Software House / Digital Marketing industry

Knowledge of Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or cold outreach

Experience working with international clients (USA, UK, Middle East)
