Busssiness Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Administration
    • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure attendance and discipline.
    • Implement directives from top management.
  • Administrative Operations
    • Manage office files, correspondence, and official documents.
    • Ensure confidentiality and proper archiving of records.
    • Follow up on contracts, invoices, and office expenses.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise office staff (secretaries, customer service, admin assistants).
    • Conduct performance evaluations and submit regular reports to management.
  • Logistics & Coordination
    • Organize meetings, training courses, workshops, and conferences.
    • Coordinate between departments (Sales, Marketing, HR).
  • Communication & Relations
    • Handle communication with external parties (suppliers, partners, guests).
    • Welcome doctors and trainees, ensuring a professional image of the Association.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in office management, preferably in education, medical, or training organizations.
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably experience with CRM/ERP systems.
