Key Responsibilities
Office Administration

Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure attendance and discipline.

Implement directives from top management.
Administrative Operations
-
Manage office files, correspondence, and official documents.

Ensure confidentiality and proper archiving of records.

Follow up on contracts, invoices, and office expenses.
Team Management
-
Supervise office staff (secretaries, customer service, admin assistants).
-
Conduct performance evaluations and submit regular reports to management.
Logistics & Coordination
-
Organize meetings, training courses, workshops, and conferences.
-
Coordinate between departments (Sales, Marketing, HR).
Communication & Relations
-
Handle communication with external parties (suppliers, partners, guests).
-
Welcome doctors and trainees, ensuring a professional image of the Association.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum
5 years of experience
in office management, preferably in education, medical, or training organizations.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably experience with CRM/ERP systems.
