General Role
As a Butler at Miraval The Red Sea, your role is to deliver bespoke, intuitive, and heartfelt service tailored to each guest's needs. Key Responsibilities
- Provide seamless, personalized service from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring an exceptional guest journey.
- Anticipate guest preferences and deliver thoughtful touches aligned with Miraval's philosophy of mindfulness and wellbeing.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill guest requests promptly and flawlessly.
- Handle VIP arrivals, special amenities, and in-room service setups with attention to detail.
- Maintain confidentiality, privacy, and professional discretion at all times.
- Ensure all guest areas and rooms are checked for readiness prior to arrival.
- Keep up-to-date guest profiles and record preferences for future stays.
- Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Culinary to ensure service consistency.
- Manage in-room dining coordination and setup for private experiences.
- Communicate effectively across departments to deliver seamless experiences.
- Support Front Office colleagues in creating a mindful, calm, and professional environment.
- Report guest feedback, maintenance issues, or service gaps promptly to management.
- Uphold Miraval's standards of mindfulness, empathy, and respect in every interaction.
- Maintain personal grooming, posture, and language that reflect serenity and professionalism.
- Embody the "Miraval way" of authentic connection and attentive care.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a luxury hotel or resort, preferably in Butler or Guest Relations role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic and additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and anticipatory skills with genuine passion for service and wellbeing.
Physical Demands (IF ANY)
- Standing and walking for extended periods; occasional lifting of service trays or luggage.
Work Environment
- Wellness destination resort located on Shura Island, Red Sea.
- Indoor and outdoor work environments as required.
