Butler Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Female Butler Supervisor to support a private household in Dubai. The role involves assisting the House Manager with daily household operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and service across the villa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the House Manager in managing the household
• Supervise household staff and daily operations
• Ensure high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and maintenance
• Manage packing and unpacking for the Principal during travel
• Monitor household requirements including groceries, supplies, and essential items Coordinate with vendors and ensure the villa is fully prepared at all times

Requirements:

• Experience in royal households or VVIP/UHNWI private households is highly preferred Strong organizational and supervisory skills
• High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism
• Willingness to work flexible hours

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 7,000 – 9,000 (DOE)
• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Employment Type: Full-time | On-site
• Benefits as per UAE labour law
