ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of integrated purchasing and financial systems. Has the ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure. Demonstrated experience in problem-solving, organizing, and prioritizing work.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Graduation from High School or equivalent amount of experience and education. Experience in the supervision of others and building effective relationships with people from diverse backgrounds at all levels of management. Experience in food and beverage, suppliers, and equipment purchasing or related procurement roles.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION: No certifications are required.

OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Essential duties involve sitting while completing paperwork or using a computer, kneeling, and squatting. Essential duties require lifting up to 30 pounds to stack, store, or move general office supplies, equipment, and storage boxes. Essential duties involve a standard workweek with additional hours as needed.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Essential duties involve working in an office environment that may contain loud noise levels.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

$18.00+ based on experience
