Buyer

As a Buyer at Reynolds and Reynolds, you will play a key role in supporting our business operations by sourcing and purchasing supplies for the company. In this role, you will review and process purchase requests from internal departments, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.

You will be responsible for obtaining quotes, evaluating pricing, and coordinating with vendors to track warranties, monitor order status, and expedite deliveries when needed. Additional duties include performing basic administrative tasks and compiling data for reporting and analysis.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Purchase experience preferred
• Ability to multitask
• Strong communication skills
