Terry H2O Solutions is a division of Middleby Corporation. Middleby Corporation is a publicly traded global manufacturing leader in the food equipment market that focuses on the Foodservice and Beverage, Residential, and Food Processing Markets.

Terry H2O Solutions offers a range of water treatment solutions that are integrated directly into the water supply line. These products cater to a broad spectrum of water treatment requirements and are tailored for use in various establishments including restaurants, hospitals, schools, and commercial kitchens, as well as for misting systems and other scenarios where mineral scale accumulation is an issue. We are located in Chandler, Arizona.

We are looking for a Buyer to join our team. They will be responsible for the procurement of all parts and materials needed to support production in completing orders.

100% ONSITE POSITION

Responsibilities

• Purchase any and all materials, parts, supplies, and equipment needed to complete assembly orders on time
• Maintain inventory levels to support production
• Accurately record transactions in IMS, Unleashed
• Collaborate with accounting when needed to reconcile accounts
• Provide updates and additional information for the Production and Sales teams as needed
• Attend daily team meetings to communicate any issues, updates, or any other useful information
• Identify potential vendors, maintain vendor relations & performance and issue requests for quotes
• Track orders and request updates as needed from vendors
• Attend meetings with Corporate Supply Chain team as needed, present during meetings as needed
• Assist the Production Manager and Warehouse Manager in developing and maintaining a cycle count inventory management system
• Assist management with creating/updating purchasing processes and procedures
• Support and drive cost improvement efforts on materials
• All other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• Highschool diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s in supply chain or relevant field preferred
• 3+ years of previous experience in a purchasing/supply chain role in a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience with WMS, IMS, ERP, or MRP system

• Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English
• Ability to apply reasoning when troubleshooting

• Strong computer skills

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds
• Ability to sit for entirety of shift
• Ability to utilize the manual dexterity needed to type on a computer or answer the phone

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday from 8AM to 4PM (100% onsite)

Compensation

• Annual Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
