** PAY RATE: $32.31-$40.38/hour on W2

Background I’m looking for is :

• Manufacturing Experience (working in Automotive, Aerospace, Defense – not Amazon, hospitality, retail, etc)
• Procurement, Purchasing, Scheduling, Production, etc
• Responsive, Self Directed, strong sense of urgency

About the Role : Essentially a supplier manager role, coordinating and managing the deliveries of about a dozen suppliers to support building aircraft engines and mechanical assemblies.

Responsible for supplier performance, delivery, schedule execution. Expected to resolve all supplier issues, including quality, capacity, delivery, material shortages, payment issues, supply chain interruptions, tooling, design clarification, etc. Report out to multiple internal teams as we support multiple manufacturing sites but also different customer platforms. Work is done in SAP, SharePoint, Teamcenter and various web-based applications.

• Biggest concern is making sure people are wiling to pick up a phone and call people, not passively wait for answers or support
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Willing to invest time to learn about the products and manufacturing processes to find recovery solutions
