Buyer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Buyer responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services to support business operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs)
• Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate pricing and terms
• Select reliable suppliers and maintain strong relationships
• Generate and manage purchase orders
• Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery
• Conduct cost and market analysis to secure the best deals
• Maintain supplier database and update vendor records
• Support internal teams with purchasing needs
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

Qualifications:

• Diploma or High School Certificate
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good organizational and analytical abilities
