Source and procure electrical and instrumentation equipment and materials for cross-country pipeline projects in the oil and gas industry.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors specializing in E&I products.

Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.

Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet project schedules.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new suppliers.

Manage procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.

Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.

Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and industry standards.

Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.

4-8 years of experience in procurement within the EPC industry, specifically in the oil and gas sector.

Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation equipment and materials used in pipeline projects.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
