Job Description

Procurement & Sourcing

  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for fresh, frozen, and dry goods, ensuring quality, price competitiveness, and reliability.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules; obtain quotations and prepare vendor comparisons for approval.
  • Raise and track purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery aligned with operational requirements.

Inventory & Coordination

  • Monitor inventory levels and consumption patterns to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Liaise with warehouse, catering, and logistics teams to ensure correct receiving, storage, and FIFO standards.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all purchased items meet food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP/ISO).
  • Conduct supplier audits and product quality reviews periodically.

Vendor Relationship Management

  • Maintain a reliable supplier database; evaluate performance through cost, delivery, and service KPIs.
  • Resolve supplier issues relating to pricing, delivery discrepancies, or product quality.

Cost & Reporting

  • Track market trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Prepare periodic procurement reports, cost analyses, and spend summaries for management.

Job Requirements

Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and controlling food and catering materials to ensure uninterrupted site operations in line with company quality and cost standards.
