BUYER

At LC Waikiki, Buyers play a critical role in shaping product strategies that reach millions of customers across multiple markets. This position requires clear ownership of commercial results while creating balanced assortments that respond to customer expectations, brand direction and financial targets.

As a Buyer, you will have end-to-end responsibility for your product groups, managing sourcing and buying activities across global supply countries including Turkey, the Far East and Egypt. You will work within defined cost structures, margin targets and quality standards, ensuring speed, competitiveness and profitability throughout the entire buying cycle.

The role is accountable for key commercial and operational outcomes such as budget realization, margin and GMROII performance, on-time delivery, sell-through and overall customer satisfaction. With a strong performance mindset, you will contribute to omnichannel growth, including e-commerce, while supporting sustainable and scalable business results.

What we are looking for;

We are looking for professionals with a minimum of four years of experience in buying or merchandising within fashion retail, supported by a strong commercial and analytical perspective. A good command of English is required, along with the ability to operate confidently in an international business environment. Candidates are expected to hold a degree in Textile Engineering or a related field and have hands-on experience in international sourcing and supplier management. Flexibility for domestic and international travel is essential. The ability to balance cost, quality and speed, combined with effective collaboration and planning skills, is critical for success in this role.
