As a BWW GO Team Member, you create legendary Guest experiences by preparing menu items and managing the takeout process from order to pick up.

Daily Roles & Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Welcome every Guest fast—within three steps of the door
• Own the phones and follow BWW GO standards every time
• Fire off accurate orders and keep them moving-fast
• Learn every position and jump in wherever the team needs you
• Turn mistakes into wins using the FUMBLE Guest recovery play
• Communicate, hustle, and win as one team
• Show up on time, in uniform, and game-ready
• Keep it clean, safe, and 100% Guest-focused at all times

YOU GOT THIS

· You are 16 years of age (or higher, per applicable law)

· You bring the energy- Guest-first, team-focused, and ready to hustle in a fast-paced environment

· You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing, with strong time management, attention to detail, and Guest service skills

· Eligible to work in the U.S.

· Must have open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

· Must have a valid Food Handler Certification, or obtain one within 14 days of hire
