CA Inter AM Audit & Finance -DHA Ph 8

Position Summary

This role ensures our organization's financial integrity and operational efficiency. It involves financial reporting, process management, and internal audits to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

A. Financial Management & Reporting:

· Assist in the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

· Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entry preparation and account reconciliations.

· Manage and oversee specific accounting areas such as accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, or inter-company transactions.

· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decision-making.

· Prepare and file various tax filings and support external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and analysis.

B. Internal Audit & Compliance:

· Execute the annual internal audit plan under the guidance of the Audit Manager.

· Conduct risk assessments to identify key financial, operational, and compliance risks.

· Perform audit testing of key controls, financial transactions, and processes to ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations ·

· Prepare draft audit reports summarizing findings, risks, and practical recommendations for management.

· Follow up on implementation of management's corrective actions from previous audits.

Qualifications & Experience

· CA Inter with 3.5 years article ship

· 4-6 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance & internal/external audit.

· Experience in Public Accounting (Big 4 or similar) is a significant advantage.

· Proven experience with financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
