Cab Dispatchers

Globe Call Centre is expanding its operations team and is looking to hire experienced and dependable UK Cab Dispatchers and Operators. We are seeking proactive individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, remain calm under pressure, and can efficiently manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. Candidates with prior experience in UK taxi or transportation dispatch operations are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and assign incoming bookings to drivers to ensure timely and reliable service.
• Monitor driver locations, routes, and schedules, making real-time adjustments to maintain smooth operations.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with both drivers and customers to ensure seamless coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, driver activities, and daily dispatch reports.
• Ensure all dispatch operations comply with company policies and relevant transportation regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues to maintain high service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in taxi, cab, or transportation dispatch operations.
• Familiarity with dispatch systems, GPS tracking tools, and route management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and decisive in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
