About the Role:

Central to this this role is the responsibility to help design, develop, and deliver a world-class performance management framework and matrix for our growing Cabin Crew community.

This role provides the opportunity to be at the forefront of creating a performance culture that blends operational excellence with the warmth and hospitality that defines our brand.

You'll supervise day-to-day performance management, set and appraise annual goals, and provide coaching and constructive feedback that transforms good into exceptional. You can expect to drive consistency across the Cabin Crew performance department while promoting best practices.

At every instance, you will promote a high-performance culture by fostering collaboration, engagement, and adherence to Riyadh Air values (FRESH), whilst supporting Cabin Crew through guidance and leadership to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

About You:

You will demonstrate a minimum of 5+ years of inflight operational experience with demonstrated understanding of cabin crew roles, service standards, and regulatory compliance.

We’d love to hear from you even more if you have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products; as well as an ability to compile detailed reports, analyse performance data, and interpret trends using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
