Lead the Supply Partner Management initiative, building an integrated and mature supplier management ecosystem to support Qiddiya long-term operational strategy
Design and implement a strategic supply governance framework, defining engagement principles, accountability, and consistent operating models across all vendor categories (design, construction, facilities, and advisory)
Develop and maintain supplier segmentation and performance models to evaluate capability, reliability, and strategic fit
Introduce standardized Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess supplier performance across quality, safety, cost, innovation, and schedule adherence
Establish a robust benchmarking and peer comparison process to measure Qiddiya supply performance against industry leaders
Lead structured supplier reviews and drive corrective action plans to ensure performance alignment with contractual and strategic expectations
Partner with the Workplace Effectiveness Lead and Finance to ensure supplier selection and investment decisions align with workplace strategy, budget cycles, and forecasted demand
Collaborate with Procurement and Legal to ensure commercial, contractual, and compliance excellence across supplier engagements
Drive supplier development initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and innovation through data-driven insights and feedback loops
Develop and maintain a centralized supplier intelligence platform capturing vendor data, KPIs, and insights for executive decision-making
Present supplier performance, benchmarking insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management and Management committees
Support Qiddiya growth journey through 2030 by ensuring that supply networks constantly evolve in line with our Workplace Operating model
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
7+ years' experience in strategic supplier management, vendor governance, or performance optimization within large-scale corporate real estate, infrastructure, or capital project environments
