Texas Premier Cabinets is located in beautiful Austin, Tx. We have been providing cabinetry and installation for over 15 years. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a full-time Kitchen & Bath Designer with experience. The candidate is looking to build a long term relationship and career with our established company. The ideal candidate would be a highly motivated and energetic individual who is skilled in kitchen and Bath Design and able to select finishes and present mood boards to clients. The qualified candidate will be an integral part of the design team and will be responsible for assisting multiple projects under the direction of the Project Manager.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with customers and builders in determining product and design selections
• Prepare design solutions that will include floor plans, cabinet plans and elevations, perspectives and associated details and specifications
• Develop pricing quotes/estimates
• Provide project management
• Contribute to company goal of providing complete customer satisfaction

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
This position is for a full time position. We are looking for a Kitchen Designer with strong analytical skills and ability to develop quotes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organization skills, works well with a team and attention to accuracy are key.

• 20/20 cabinet design software
• Cabinet Vision
• Meticulous attention to detail
• 3 years of kitchen & bath design experience preferred
• Must be able to handle multiple projects proficiently
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Must be able to prioritize, work quickly, accurately and produce design projects within deadlines
• Highly motivated individual that is passionate about design, problem solver and success driven
• Exceptional Customer relations and service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week
