Kember is looking for a full-time cabinet designer who is looking to build a long-term relationship with our fast-growing organization. We are looking for someone with experience in cabinetry design to build sales for our Kember cabinet lines.

Job Description:

· Meet with residential clients and builders to discuss and identify client’s design style

· Design all cabinetry related spaces including kitchens, bath, closets etc

· Develop pricing, estimations and contracts to complete sales

· Prepare, review and place orders and acknowledgements with accuracy

· Collaborate with installers, clients, builders and co-workers

· Develop and maintain business relationships

· Visit jobsites to measure and ensure design compatibility

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field

· 5+ years experience in cabinetry design and sales

· Precise attention to detail

· Ability to prioritize, multi-task and produce designs within deadlines

· Self-motivated

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Possess construction knowledge and the ability to read and understand blueprints

· Appliance and plumbing knowledge for cabinet integration

Base Pay: $50,000 + commissions with no caps
