Cabinet Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves installing cabinets in residential and commercial settings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The Cabinet Installer will work closely with other tradespeople and must be comfortable working on construction sites. Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid Driver's license.

Duties

• Install cabinets according to specifications and design plans.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for cabinet installations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cabinet installation tasks.
• Perform trim carpentry, frame carpentry.
• Conduct heavy lifting and maneuvering of cabinets and materials on-site.
• Ensure all installations meet safety standards and quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.
• Assist in restoration projects, including water damage restoration and mold remediation when required.

Skills

• Proficient in construction carpentry, woodworking, and cabinet installation techniques.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools.
• Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents related to cabinet installation.
• Knowledge of heavy lifting techniques and physical stamina for demanding tasks.
• Previous experience in the restoration industry is a plus, including skills in flooring.
