Cable Tray Sales Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Cable Tray Sales Manager to lead sales activities, develop business opportunities, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth for cable tray systems and related electrical infrastructure products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the cable tray market.
• Identify new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, MEP, and industrial projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Lead and manage the sales team, including target setting, coaching, and performance tracking.
• Prepare technical and revise commercial proposals for cable tray systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Work closely with engineering, production, and procurement teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines.
• Represent the company in client meetings and site visits.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or Business.
• Minimum 4–8 years of sales experience, preferably in cable trays, electrical materials.
• Strong understanding of cable tray systems, specifications, standards.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs.
• Experience working with consultants and contractors
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and Auto cad.
• Valid driving license preferred.
