CAD Draftsman

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and skilled Draftsman to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing technical drawings for construction projects, with strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other drafting tools. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high‑quality project documentation and support engineering teams across various stages of design and execution. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate technical drawings, plans, and layouts based on project specifications and engineering inputs.
• Update and revise drawings as required by engineers, consultants, or project managers.
• Coordinate with site teams, architects, and engineers to ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant standards, codes, and project requirements.
• Assist in preparing shop drawings, as‑built drawings, and detailed construction documentation.
• Support the design and engineering team in resolving drawing‑related queries.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma in Drafting, Civil Engineering, architecture or any related field.
• Atleast 2 years of drafting experience in the UAE (construction, civil, or architectural projects).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting software is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and site instructions.
• Good understanding of UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
