We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on designing and optimising mechanical components and systems using CAD, CAM, and CAE tools. You will be responsible for creating precise 2D drawings, ensuring designs are manufacturable (DFM), and overseeing prototyping and 3D printing processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative products and bring concepts to life through advanced engineering and manufacturing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimise mechanical components using CAD, CAM, and CAE tools.
• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for manufacturing.
• Conduct DFMEA to identify design risks and perform FEA for structural and thermal analysis.
• Oversee prototyping, including 3D printing, and ensure manufacturability with DFM practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless product integration and testing.
• Document designs, analyses, and processes while optimizing for cost and performance.
• Innovate with new materials and techniques, troubleshooting design and manufacturing challenges.

Requirements:

• 0-1 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and CAM tools.
• Knowledge of CAE tools for structural and thermal analysis.
• Experience with DFMEA and FEA techniques.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, 3D printing, and DFM practices.
• Familiarity with creating detailed 2D drawings and 3D models.
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and design optimization.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and creativity.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic programming (Matlab, Python etc).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
