The Role
Position Title: Cafe Supervisor Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 6,500 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi About the Client: A new social boutique café in Abu Dhabi for artists and coffee drinkers. - Lead, mentor, train, and motivate the barista team to deliver exceptional service and beverage quality. - Ensure every customer leaves satisfied, with expectations met or exceeded. - Prepare and serve a full range of specialty coffee beverages and light food items (sandwiches, snacks, baked goods). - Oversee daily café workflow, ensuring efficiency, speed, and smooth operations

Requirements
Qualifications: - 35 years old and below - At least 5 years of UAE experience in Café set up - Must be a Head Barista before being promoted as a Supervisor (Knows both making coffee and operating the café/dealing with staff & customers)
