The Role
We are seeking a CAFM Consultant for our client, a leading FM service provider based in Riyadh. The role will be responsible for managing and optimizing Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems within the organization as well as the implementation and maintenance of CAFM systems, managing statutory records, and ensuring the efficient use of information systems and software. Responsibilities: - Serve as the super user/administrator for the CAFM systems. Facilitate implementation, maintenance, and updates. - Maintain statutory records of equipment, services, and contracts, ensuring adherence to relevant statutory requirements. - Lead day-to-day operations and service support for FM IT systems, ensuring that CAFM system modules and other relevant software are kept up to date.

Requirements
  • Proven experience with CAFM systems and administrative functions. - Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, IT or other related degrees - Excellent communication and organization skills
