Café Branch Manager

[Company / Café Brand Name] is looking for an experienced and motivated Café Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the café.
• Manage and supervise staff (baristas, cashiers, service crew).
• Ensure high-quality coffee preparation and service standards.
• Monitor inventory and manage supply orders (coffee beans, milk, materials).
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
• Achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for management.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in café management.
• Strong knowledge of coffee types and brewing methods (Espresso, V60, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
