Position: Café Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily café operations efficiently
- Supervise and support café staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Oversee coffee preparation and barista operations
- Handle staff scheduling and attendance
- Monitor stock levels and place orders when needed
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Ensure sales targets and operational goals are achieved
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Café Manager or in a similar role
- Experience in coffee preparation and barista operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
- Good knowledge of café operations and customer service
- English communication skills required
