Job Description

Monitor and develop the maintenance team performance.
Monitor and achieve all our targets.
Working to improve the team performance by monitor and develop their performance.
Operate service operations by executing sector strategies through developing objectives and plans as well as monitoring plans’ implementation.
Operate service operations by developing periodic reports and presentations as well as communicating team needs
Monitor and develop service operations supervisors by developing performance development plan and following up required actions status
Monitor and develop service operations supervisors by improving their performance through coaching and following up the various KPIs
Monitor and develop service operations supervisors by developing their management skills and behavior through monitoring daily operations
Manage and develop service operations by developing overall service performance and enhancing cross-functional relations
Manage and develop service operations by enhancing customer satisfaction and response time and feedback accuracy
Execute operations projects by initiating new projects and contributing in the running projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in (Engineering Mechanical or Electrical.)
2-5 years of related experience.
Very good Spoken and written command of English language.
Strong Leadership skills, preferably including Leading/Managing/Mentoring Others experience
Strong Logical and analytical thinking.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment
Problem solving skills through innovation and creativity
Manage, monitor, and develop service operations teams through supervising and coaching of group supervisors, as well as monitoring technician’s whole performance, follow the day-by-day field operations for achieving the objectives, achieving the operational KPIs, the sales target and develop people
